S is better than Q (Q is the newer 'affordable' series)
Higher number = better
Plus = Auto-empty dock
Ultra = Ultra auto-empty dock (more features)
S = High End
Q = Affordable
# = Generation
Plus = Includes Basic Empty Dock
Ultra = Includes High End Dock (seems to be the triple dock or advanced dock with empty + maintain)
Max/MaxV/Max+ = Think of them like "model facelifts" of each model. Sometimes it's additional features, sometimes it's a more powerful motor.
Pro = Again, seems to be the "facelift" of each model with newer features.
+ = Again, different line of features on each model. It's pretty inconsistent.

Is there any way to have a ramp or some sort so that this or other robot vacs can 'figure out' and essentially climb up or down to / from this sunken room?
Physically lifting the robot down every day, or buying a 2nd one -- both seem excessive.
I have this problem and just set up the sunken level as another house level in the Roborock app. As long as you place the robot in the same starting point reach time, it's easy to do. But obviously you can't have it run automatically. Not ideal if you want to vacuum every room daily.
How does that work exactly. I have my Chase account linked and can pay using that, but don't see anything about 5% back.
