Wendy's is in a sad condition. Their restaurants are frequently not even open the stated hours, pickup orders not possible because they lock the lobby even though the mobile app showed pickup as an option and are generally run down.

You are lucky if their drive thru is open. Most of the time it's light out and chairs up.

Yes but it is odd that it said the deal is from 10pm to 4am so just wondering if any is actually open until 4am. I did find one place locally opened until 2am.
