Everyone be aware that any vinegar based dietary aid is going to be very acidic and thus very hard on your teeth. I diagnose cavities every day on someone who doesn't eat sugar, but swishes with ACV or something similar.

Adding sugar defeats the purported health benefits of lowering insulin resistance. It's kinda counterintuitive.

any alternative to remedy that? like using a mouth wash after?

I have taken these for 2 years and it has helped, if I eat really spicy food, the next day is no problem as apposed to if I'm not taken these. I also have not had a stomach bug nor have any of my elementary aged kids since taken these, and none of us have had any cavities so I don't see them being a problem on the teeth.

I have tried several other brands and always come back to this one due to the preferred flavor and that they are not too sticky.

No way you are getting any kind of beneficial amount of ACV in these. It's nothing more than a sour candy in a vitamin bottle.

Bought this. Taste fine but the smell is weird. Smells like solvents. I wonder if they used solvent on this.
