Would much rather pay a bit more and deal with Amazon or Walmart than Temu. 😅

Yeah, I love two player games, but this just didn't hit for me. Got rid of it after about half a dozen plays. I just found it dull and uninspiring.
What other 2 player games would you recommend?

Your tastes may be different, but I enjoy highly tactical, interactive games that can be done in under an hour. Some of favorites at 2 are Keyflower, Paris: City of Lights, Kingdom Builder, Inis, Watergate...BGG is a great place to get more recs and read about the games.

Thanks for the info, I just ordered the game. I figured that I would play a few times and then if I liked it I would pick up the expansions. Would you recommend one expansion over the others? Or are they are all pretty good?
I would recommend the Pantheon expansion over the Agora expansion.

Yes, this deal is for 7 Wonders Duel - the 2 player only variation of 7 Wonders, the game you posted. The original game supports 3-7 players. Duel is excellent and highly recommended!

I have the Pantheon expansion; does anyone recommend the Agora expansion?
The Agora expansion adds a bunch of interesting mechanics to the game but also slows it down and makes it more fiddly. I also think that combining it with Pantheon turns it from a really tight and somewhat lightweight game into a much heavier game to its detriment so If I'm playing Agora I'm only playing with it. I'd say I play Agora 1 out of every 5 times I play. But I also think Pantheon is one of the best game expansions ever. I'd say grab Agora if you've played a ton of Pantheon and want to try something different and a bit more involved.

I love this game but will look at some of those recommendations as well. Thanks!

Great game! Played the hell out of it on board game arena...
Me too. I think it's better on BGA though cause it automates the costs and stuff. I hate trying to figure all that out in person.
Some games are better in person than they are digital....this is not one of them. Way better digital

This is a phenomenal game just as it is. There's nothing wrong with the expansions but you definitely don't need them.
