Reminds me of a similar all-metal Energizer keychain light I used to have beforI upgrading to an Olight i1R 2 EOS, which often comes up during Olight's promotions - "free" if you pay $5 shipping (well worth it).

The Energizer was always a reliable performer, though. In this day of monster lumen output, people forget that 20 lumens is a very serviceable amount of light to find a dropped item, read a map or light your way in a darkened garage.

TU and thanks, OP!

If you carry your keys, then you in all probability carry your phone which has a camera flash . Why not use that ? Just asking

Because that requires the use of two hands and I prefer to keep the phone in my pocket, plus I don't always have the phone on me when I'm using my keys at night (ie, running outside to get something left in the car, bringing in multiple loads of groceries/packages and many other examples why it is much easier to use this on a keychain than the phone's light)

In my experience, putting a rubber key identifier on the key is a much better way to open a door with only touch as a sense

Others will accuse me of being a company shill, but keep a lookout for the next "free" flashlight promotion by Olight. People complain that it isn't actually free in that you have to pay $5 shipping. And they do have a point, but it is very much worth it. Whether it's the USB rechargeable I1R 2 EOS or the AAA-powered i3E EOS, they are next level quality- and performance-wise.

Just my opinion of course, but $5 for either of those lights are at least as good a deal as $2 for this Energizer.

I work in a hospital and tried this out for my oxygen checks at night. As long as it's not touching keys or whatnot, it's alright, but it tends to activate a ton on accident for me.

Edit: Apparently Best Buy price matched it.
