Getting ahead of the posts about Bluetti customer service, some have had issues, cannot specifically comment on their experience. I've personally dealt with their customer service and they met what I expected from them. Had to get a new charger sent out for a DOA charger on a refurbished AC200P. I assume their CS is not US based and there was typically a day or two between sending an email and getting a response. Had a new unit within a week, no issues with their CS for me.

CS is what you would expect for a bargain brand. For a battery less than $300 I would personally be happy with it, and since Bluetti make good products the chances of needing to use it at all is fairly low. That being said, I also get why for many people the extra cost of a Ecoflow will be worth it for the piece of mind of having access to a reputable CS system. It's just that you get what you pay for and if you want after sales service that shit costs money too.
True, but the EB70S replaced the EB70, so they are still not moving in the right direction.
Its an updated (not upgraded) version of an older model, the direction is lateral. If you want something newer, get an EB70S for almost double this price. I would say paying almost half is a move in the right direction....but thats just me

Great comparison video, all else being practically the same here is a short sum of differences for those stuck on the EB70s.
- PS72 has 5 AC outlets, EB70s has 4, 2 of which do not have holes for ground (PS72 is better)
- PS72 charging voltage is slightly lower, roughly 1v (PS72 is better)
- PS72 DC cutoff in cigarette outlet is 10.4A vs 10.1A of EB70s (PS72 is better)
- PS72 AC shorts at 825w, EB70s shorts at 833w even though its inverter is rated 100w higher (700w vs 800w), their shorts are almost the same. PS72 inverter looks to be more accurately rated
