    Soy has been the main source of protein in Asia for thousands of years. There is zero evidence to suggest there's a negative health effect.

    What shelf-stable oil contains nutrients? and what nutrients exactly?

    That's a protein shake and has only 130 calories. Not enough calories and not enough carb for most people.
    Soylent is a meal replacement drink and contains 400 calories.

    Also, both contain sunflower oil.
    Where is the product that contains the nutritious and better oil you were talking about?

    That's a really good price. Lowest I've seen for 14oz is $2.44 (with W+ benefits). I ordered two here and it looks like I could use it a third time w the $13.36 coupon.

    I bought these as protein shakes and only later found out there weird history. They taste absolutely horrible. Close the bottle after drinking it and then open it and it smells horrendous. I also watched the movie afterwards and have no idea why they would use this name. Very weird product that for some reason or another has an almost literal cult following.

    For example the soy protein, which is low quality protein. The sunflower and canola oils…why do you need oils in your drink? All the sucralose, gums.

    Why not just drink a protein shake? Way cheaper and better quality. I heard these taste like shiz too lol
