That is odd. But hear me out. Ebay is the one paying for the discount - the seller is not actually ebay. I believe the people/stores selling these things are still getting paid the full amount (part by you and part by ebay) so they're charging you sales tax on the full price.
It's kinda like how it works for manufacturer's coupons.

I have the Pixel 6a 128 gb and it is fast and I highly recommend it. I paid $300 for it used in excellent condition from eBay about a year ago. Google has just released the Android 14 software update for their Pixel phones and the Pixel 6 would qualify for the update
I have the Pixel 6 Pro and it's an awesome phone. I had the Pixel 2 XL before that and it was the best phone I ever had. I held onto it until I finally couldn't resist the upgrade. I love not being locked into ios or subjected to Samsungs bloatware. Obviously, if you use other google products it's even better, but I've never met an app it didn't play nice with and the battery is fantastic.
Before you listen to twats who don't even have the phone. Talk to a few folks who have it. For $200, I think you'll be pretty happy.
Yes, the Roomba j7+ as an example was $300 last weekish. The price this week is $375 so using the coupon code gets you the previous price. Pretty lame marketing. I would also avoid this model BTW. The i7+ is tried and true with many firmwire updates over the years. I have just one J7+ in our fleet of Roomba's and it has had a lot of issues. One more factory reset and I'm sending it to Allstate for a warranty claim and/or cash out.
Horrible phone from a horrible company. They have gone downhill and are not the Google that made Silicon Valley what it is, greedy foreign CEOs ruined it.
Not sure why all of the thumbs down on this comment, I guess the truth hurts.
