I think this would make a great Subscribe & Save "filler" item to get to 5 subscriptions for the month.

Not in my experience. They only seem to offer a no-rush credit on an item that meets a certain price threshold, and it's usually around $25 or even $50 or more in my experience.

I think it's some combination of an order containing at least 2 items, and a minimum threshold of spend. I got no rush credits offered one time for 2 items at $13 total.

They also cap how many no rush shop credits you can get a month I believe. After you hit that cap, they offered me an extra 1% cash back using my Amazon chase card, giving 6% back instead of the normal 5%.

Anyone else experience this before?

McCormick sources its garlic from China. If it is important to you, now you know.

I bought this, but I think with salt too maybe. It gums up and doesn't grind well

These are great. I use the regular pepper. Last month they were OOS and another brand famous for "salt" had a similar on sale. It sucked.
I dipped my empty McCormick in very hot water, popped the lid off and refilled it with the pepper from the other brand.

Do you grind them over your pots when you're cooking?

Only 20% pepper. More salt than pepper.

I bought this during the last deal. Amazon shipped it in a regular paper bag. 2 of the 3 I bought were broken into pieces. It wasn't the driver. I watched him set it down gently.

Yes, and yes. Someone mentioned dipping the lid in hot water, but I have microwaved it for 5-10 seconds to warm up the plastic. The lid will pop off with some force and then pop back on.
