In case you aren't familiar with it, you earn points by playing games and also using Microsoft Rewards daily. It takes less than 4 minutes a day to complete their daily tasks. So far this year, I have earned more than $140.
I have never paid a penny for GamePass. I earn enough Microsoft Rewards points every year plus more.
Basically, your best bet is to let your Ultimate expire. Then buy 3 years worth of Game Pass Core, apply it your account, then buy 1 month of Ultimate and apply it.
This will convert to 2 years of Ultimate, which is the max you can convert to these days. You can't get the 1:1 conversion anymore, 3:2 is the best you can get and that is only if your Ultimate is expired.
You can continue to buy Core codes after this and apply them to get up to 3 years but they convert at a lower rate (90 days of Core converts to 50 days Ultimate, as opposed to 60 days as mentioned above).
on the flipside, with MS ending Gold, these are probably going to dry up at some point

edit: only reason I found is that it has been 7.69 previously per 3 month.
Yup. I fear those days are over tho. Sub $10 may be the best we can do going forward. Still gonna give it a few more weeks and see.
