Not this one. We know what a thumbstud is, this has a button mechanism that moves through the blade to disengage the liner lock for opening. You probably don't own one and likely the people who downvote all assume it's just another thumbstud but this video starting at 8:45 goes over the mechanics. https://youtu.be/pQJ5rHd7KXs?feature=shared

These have a thumb stud that has to be pressed down for the blade to flip up. Makes opening the knife much easier imo

Cool blade design that's all they have going for them. Otherwise crappy blade steel and materials all the way around and small. Worth $8 dollars a piece if it is to you. Not to me. Beauty is to the eye of the beholder on this one.

I don't buy the $80 price, but grabbed this on the last deal and really like them. My new EDC. I like the fact it can't open in my pocket. I have one clipped on my work backpack strap where the carabiner is on the knife. Would buy again after using for sure.
