Seems so odd to refer to it as "the time machine", while absolute accurate who calls it that instead of "the DeLorean". Are they trying to tip toe around any trademark issues with DeLorean?

On Amazon if you select "Standard Packaging" some sellers have it for less than $160, or if you really want to save money just go to eBay $140.

I've bought this set at it's full price, no regrets!! It's a great set. You can add to it the led custom set and the other collectors mod to change the color bricks that make no sense plus an acrylic cover to it!

Not true, ordered it Dec 2022 and it was at its full price of $199. Don't have anything helpful to say, then just don't say it? 🤷🏻 ♂️

Isn't it funny how we value things more when we build them ourselves? How many people would pay $160 for a plastic DeLorean if it weren't LEGO?


Note: I'm a LEGO fan. I still have mine from when I was a kid in the 80s and still buy/build some occasionally.. but the most I've spent on a kit lately is $40 for a Technic Jeep.

SlickDeals strikes again. Too many discounted Lego's to pass up when you've been watching them. This is 3rd set in a week for me. Reg price is $199 so hard to pass up. Not sure why it shows $180 or less on the tracker.
