What? The cheapest is the digital edition at $400, and it comes with a normal controller. This isn't the best deal but your post isn't logical.

Mine doesn't have it either. When I contacted Dell about it they told me that there was no promotion for a gift card. I'm returning the controller because of it, thankfully I didn't open it.

I opened a support request with Dell last week when I didn't get the gift card. They denied me today and closed my request. I called in for more information and they said the promo expired 10/16. We know from the OP that this was indeed offered the previous week but Dell claims to have no record of the promo beginning 10/19. I took a screenshot of the product page as I expect this from Dell.

I was literally looking for that gift card today as I planned on using it and saw I never received it either so I just sent in a request and included that 'wayback' link. If they don't honor it I'll be promptly returning that controller as that was the only reason why I bought it from them in the first place.
