I bought Arc last month and it popped when connected to my ps5. This is a known bug for nearly 3 years and Sonos has not fixed it. This is an expensive equipment and center piece to their home theatre system. It is infuriating to say the least. Here is an article with evidence from a reputed tech journalist:

Tom Warren's verdict:
"
If you're even considering a Sonos Arc soundbar to use with an Xbox Series X or Apple TV 4K, avoid this $900 soundbar until Sonos has fixed this problem or can give us a more detailed response. Otherwise, you'll probably be left like hundreds or thousands of other Sonos customers with a Dolby Atmos soundbar that can't handle Dolby Atmos properly."
Edit: this pop is loud af. There are YouTube videos with how loud it is.

And the Sonos eBay feedback is 91%. Not looking like a smart purchase
For what it's worth, we've had 4 Sonos One for years, a few Beams since they first released, and a refurb arc from the official website. Have never had any issues with any of them.

You must not spend a lot of money if you only buy items with 92% or higher feedback 😂
But in all honesty I own over a dozen Sonos products including the arc and had zero issues with them. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with a reset and many close to 10 years old. I love my arc. Use the warranty if it's bad?

Probably a good thing I don't own a PS5 or XBox (or any gaming system) and don't watch anything with Atmos on my TV ... but then again, the RV is a little small for a full surround system... (and a sound bar is never going to do atmos justice anyway)
Other than that, as long as you have TV with e-ARC and good wifi their speakers are solid and sound fantastic. I've had a One purchased new for 4 years, 3 SLs for 2 years that are factory refurbs, and added the Beam 2 refurb last year + a new Sub Mini. Couldn't be happier.
