No, 650 is not low but consider the range. This is a high performing MIDRANGE torque wrench, it is significantly smaller in size to the high torques out there, significantly lighter. So in the MIDRANGE category, this punches way above average, so much so that it is knocking in the high torque territory. This torque wrench is geared to be used far easier than the high torques because of it's small size and weight, yet have enough power to handle most situations. I'm not sure I would turn to this for commercial truck lugnuts, but definitely any car and just about any non commercial truck. For most things around a car, including rusted bolts this would be enough. Crank bolt, would be iffy to no, everything else should be a breeze. Just use plenty of spray lube on the rusted bolt. Also for the really rusted one's, once you get it a little loose, reverse, forward, reverse, forward and plenty of lube.

If your typical needs require higher than this, then yes it's low. Now I'm not trying to be a smart-ass but I would not use a 4 lb Sledge with a finishing nail on baseboards just as a I wouldn't use a 1000 pound foot torque impact wrench while working on my car.

32mm nuts? I had a 1/2" breaker bar attached to an extension and still can't break loose. The bar was flexing so I gave up
