I've also noticed the quality of nails make a difference in rate of jams. The generic stuff jamming all the time while I had a box of Dewalt nails that have never jammed. Something to test out.
Mine did too until I applied some machine oil to the mechanism up top that gets jammed. Granted I've only shot ~100 nails with it but after oiling it, I think it's jammed once. Give 'er a shot!
A DTO "blemished" is identical to new, and comes with the same warranty as new, and reason to purchase new instead of blem.

DTO typically has this on sale for much cheaper if you can find it in stock at your local outlet store or online.

It's actually new. That is just the DT workaround in order to sell it 'new' outside of exclusive big box agreements

As does mine. Like every 10 or so nails. The little silver striker pieces ends up stuck out and you have to dry fire it on a piece of scrap to get it to return. Annoying!

I have the brushless version of this and it's a beast. The only issue I have with my nailer is it stops firing when I get to the last 5-6 nails in the cartridge. So I "lose" about 20-30 nails because it can't fire when there's a small amount of nails left

I got rid of the jams when I sprayed WD-40 specialist dry lube with PTFE on the sliding metal, the one that hammers the nails, and also used branded nails like Dewalt or Paslode.

Just add another stack behind them. It'll fire em.

This is the P321, not the P322 brushless that was in another SD here awhile ago. Waiting for the brushless deal. Maybe BF?
