If these were 88 keys- or the Stage 3/4 then this would be sick.

I feel like there are cheaper alternatives if you just need weighted keys- most people honestly just use a DAW for presets. Being able to manipulate them manually is cool- but this price is definitely a little too rich for my taste. Waiting for a Behringer/Monoprice clone tbh.

Get a $50 Makey Makey board kit and six bananas if you want an entry-level synth.

What's better a Farrari or a Lamborghini? It depends, right?

When I search 'Focus Camera', It keeps showing up with the word 'scam'. Anyone have good experience with this company? Because the price seems way too good to be true. The prices of synths, especially Nord lead and access are rarely ever discounted this deep. They've actually kept raising the prices.

They're legit. I haven't bought any electronics from them until now, but I did buy some knives through them this summer and all was well and normal. I consider them just like Adorama- camera stuff but then also lots of random music and lifestyle stuff too.

Not sure there is a universal answer but I can say that when I bought my electro HP I was very disappointed in the action. Not that it felt too bad, but that it clatters like a cheap toy. Everything I have ever used from Korg feels more solid. That said, the interface and sound quality on the nord is teriffic. No big flashy screen to dive through menus. I can't speak to this specific synth, but probably a similar trade off in accessibility on the nord vs powerful editing on the korg. My specific complaint about the keybed isn't relevant to this synth, but it's enough to make me hesitant to buy another nord

A clone would be amazing!
