Having owned the PSVR1, PSVR2, Quest 2 and Quest 3, the PSVR2 does still look the best (expected, considering it's running on a PS5) but as someone mentioned.. it is tough to go back to a wired VR system after using a standalone like the Quest 2/3.
I will say that the games tend to be the most "full game" feeling on PSVR2 compared to any of the standalone units like Quest.. While those have some games like Resident Evil 4, the PSVR2 really feels like a next gen VR console, especially with a game like Gran Turismo. It's just tough being tethered to your console/TV when you want to play.
