For the same footprint, I'd hold out for one that you can step into for squats, too. But if you want to get good at bench press and bench press, this is a great value.

Anatoly can deadlift 640 lbs. That's insane for a guy who weighs 170.. it's nearly 4 times his weight! Applause

That's the weight limit, yes.
Most 250 lbs guys should not be bulking up though...

I have this bench, and it works for the price. It also had a leg curl and leg extension feature. I can incline it 15-30 degrees and still lift off by myself; I need to sit up higher at 30. 45 degrees is impossible. Also, I wish the width was more prominent, but it works for me with about 2 inches to spare on the side of my hand positioning. If you have broader shoulders, then I would advise against. Overall, it did the job at this price.

Uggh, live in an apartment so the gym room is the closet room is the office space. Need to collapse when the workout is over!!

Underlined part makes no sense at all, but the last sentence is clear.

I had a weider or golds gym adjustable bench that worked perfectly in an apartment.

It was similar to this, but nicer:
