Much cheaper than a 4070 Ti, if you're not a big fan of Nvidia's software feature set then this is a great buy

Can all zip payments be forced through at once or do you have to pay over time?

AMD is really bad driver wise compared to Nvdia. Alot of issues with ym system. I should of gotten the 4800 over the 7900XTX. Can't even flip the 7900XTX for $500.

I did this same deal months ago and all I was charged was some processing fee which was minimal. I wasn't accruing interest.

I've had an AMD GPU for over a year, and no issues. The only issues I had were when I had just replaced my old Nvidia GPU with the current AMD one. And, in that case, it was Windows to blame, not AMD or Nvidia. I've actually had more driver issues and game crashes with my Nvidia GPUs than my desktop AMD ones in the past couple of years—not saying that one is better than the other, just my experience.

Use DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/download/d...-download/) to clean up remnants of your previous GPU's drivers. A windows reset or fresh install would also help, if needed.

Also, use the stable (i.e., WHQL shown as "Recommended Only" in the Radeon software) AMD drivers, not the latest ("Optional"), which are still being refined (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh2-016). I hope this helps.

PS: You can't flip the 7900 XTX for $500??? You're using hyperbole, for sure. Used ones sell for $800–900+ on eBay.

Agreed that AMD drivers are very good overall. Only issue I had with my RX 6500 XT was that my computer would often be unable to wake from sleep mode. Tried everything but nothing worked (e.g. clean installs, etc.). I did recently switch to a RTX 4070 when I scored a fantastic deal on it ($430) and the sleep issue no longer happens. I would have no problem going back to an AMD card though.

I've been using AMD cards for nearly a decade now and the last time I had a significant driver issue with them was over 5 years ago (an update issue that required DDU to clear up). My experience since has been great.

I've been mulling over a 4070 Ti as my 3070 is starting to sound like a jet engine when using Stable Diffusion.

Any thoughts between the two? Price difference is pretty large.

Its pathetic this would even be considered a deal in 2023. Just bought a nice used 3080 for $370 (even that is expensive for a 3 year old card). Will wait for a real deal whenever that might be

I've got a 6700xt and looking to build another (faster) rig. AMD GPU's work just fine- I've been using them for years.

The 6800xt is the value play. It's top tier and can be bought used for around $430.
