Banned from marketplace...for no reason?

I've been using marketplace for years, 75% buying/25% selling, always local cash & carry have never used their shipping program, ads, or any of that stuff. Great reviews, never any issues.
Pretty much just tools, computer stuff, garden, etc (nothing skirting the lines like airsoft, hunting knives, etc)
Last week i open it up and "you're no longer allowed to buy/sell/message on marketplace", no explanation given, no options presented, just a "we're reviewing your case" which has now been there for like 8 days. No option for "chat help", a CS email, or really any method of contacting them for a resolution.
Has this happened to any of you guys? I certainly have no love for fbook/meta/whatever the hell it is now, but unfortunately marketplace is the "best"
local option. Craigslist (my favorite) is dead, offer up has a pretty poor selection
I tried doing new account with a VPN, didn't work so i'm assuming they have just range banned every known VPN IP block. So I'd have to get a new "genuine" IP from either a router refresh or dedicated VPS, then establish new account, then hope that works -_-
