Not 10x the price and cleaning a knife is probably the easiest kitchen task (two flat sides you wipe down and dry).
I wish people would stop being so darn wasteful. Throwing away an item with decades of useable life left because its too inconvenient to spend 5mins maintaining it once a year is the epitome of laziness and consumerism.

We don't put pots, pans, these type of knives, baking trays in the dishwasher…. It's not an inconvenience to us, it's taking care of our things.
