I have the panel light for several years and like it a lot. I got it at some point for like 50 bucks. But this package is interesting for those who need more lights

Because with the stalk on the Ryobi batteries, they'd be really awkward and cumbersome if adapted to Ridgid tools.

Just FYI, those who bought for $149 from previous front page deal, can chat with Home Depot customer service online and get price difference refunded back.

Just because you could, doesn't mean you should. It's an abomination. :-)

I have this kit. Got it for around $60 from a tool seller on ebay, listed as used, but brand new. The spot light is insane, fantastic. The task light is nice, but after dropping mine a couple times a piece of plastic around the hinge broke and the light won't stay in place. My fault I guess, but expect just a bit better from Ridgid, though it may just be a fluke that it landed the wrong way and broke. The hybrid light puts off a lot of light, but the handle on that one broke too when it slid off my 3' high shelf, lol. I'm not sure if I'll glue it back together or wait until one pops up on ebay and replace it. For $99 this is a really solid deal.
