I bought one of these when Direct Tools had them for $30 (refurb) and free shipping, then went back and bought another when they were $25 and $5 shipping. Home Depot has always had them at $60, so this deal with a battery and charger isn't bad.

These are great patio fans, very quiet at low speed, not bad at mid speed. Battery life is surprisingly good.

These things run forever on a 4ah battery

I'm on my second one. 3 of my coworkers had one, they all broke. Mine broke after a short fall. That being said, the fan itself is great. Blows strong and the battery lasts a long time. You just have to be careful with it. I'd say its great, just not rugged at all.

How do you experienced owners think this fan compares to the bucket fan (used without the bucket)?

I have the PCL851 bucket misting fan and it is not hybrid, so you can't plug it in. Battery only.
Definitely a difference to be aware of.

You'll probably get around the same 6+ hours of runtime on a 4ah battery.

I have a couple of these as well. Both working very well after about a year of on and off use. Recommended at this price with the battery/charger included.

This is hella expensive right now because it's relatively new, but it's larger, still does misting, and does offer hybrid power, so maybe wait for a good deal on this and then you have everything you want?

So this is a good price for this combo? I have a few of the older fans, non whisper.

Don't need the battery or charger but may be worth it if its good price overall

I think it's a good price. I don't need one, but I wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of this if I did. The 2Ah battery is a decent size for hand tools and another emergency charger isn't the worst thing in the world.

This is one of my favorite ryobi "tools". I have one in my garage (the garage door opener version they used to sell, love that thing) and one permanently mounted in my shed. Puts out great air and lasts pretty long.

Does anyone have P3320 and compare it to this one? I got P3320 from HD for $30. Should I return that and get this deal?
