I've heard that fair condition basically means a bunch of missing stuff. Don't know if "good" is just a cable or a manual?

Will go to the store rather than buying and doing a pickup.

Was able to find a q800b within 50miles. The app says nothing in my area but the website found (1). If it doesn't work out, I guess I'll get this one. Anyone know why the q800b would be more desirable besides the side speakers & Alexa voice activated when this q750b comes with rear speakers? Are side speakers in a Soundbar that much better than the addition of (2) wireless rear speakers?

I bought one of these open box excellent about a month back. Samsung have a known issue with the touch volume button. It went back but it did sound good for the money

Q800b has better bass, has side firing channels, generally better and if you can find the 9500s for $120 you can pair it to get 7.1.4

I've been watching these bestbuy.com deals recently. Wow, it really seems like the description on the site of what open box means, and what it actually means are waaay off! Good condition says may be missing accessories. I would not slightly consider speakers to be accessories in a speaker kit. Wires, cables, etc, that's an accessory. Sorry, but that kinda sucks that they do it this way. Makes me not want to buy on the site. I'm seldom physically at a store. Oh well, I've learned something at least. Thanks for posting, but kinda scared me off with seeing several posts missing major components.

Samsung has model numbers like the old days where people used to have 8-10 kid's named similar like John, Johny, Johnson, Jimmy, lol 😂

I saw a 750C as well at Best Buy.

Jokes aside, this is very good indicator that come thanksgiving we will be jumping around in different threads asking this open box vs costco sams deal. Haha.

I bought the 700cb ebay/woot $100-129$ deal and so far so good.

If it has the capacitive touch buttons on the top, run FAR FAR FAR away. I picked up two open box Q800's and both kept resetting themselves when the buttons started triggering themselves after it'd heat up. Returned them both.

Check for HW-Q850A/ZA too. I was lucky and got one for $182 "good" from Idaho Falls. Haven't had a chance to pick it up yet but I called BB & they said it's just not in OG packaging & is missing manuals.
