any takers that can confirm site/chair and no issues with customer service?
i got this chair back in April when it was on sale and it is has been great. purchasing was $899 tax free (california) and opted in for white glove service shipping for $250 since i'm on the second floor.
purchasing was easy, HOWEVER, navigating the status and shipping was a bit cumbersome. eventually was contacted to coordinate with the shipping company and it was fine from there.
observation: ClearanceChair and Titan/Osaki seem to be the same company, but operate at different capacity. Clearancechair being more wholesale or possibly a way to sell of seconds, customer service might not be as quick.
i haven't had any issues and i use the chair almost everyday so I haven't had to call them for anything so far.
I have this exact chair bought on the last deal, except it's tan.
0 issues with the chair, it's been great and gets quite a bit of use (3 roommates). When we have company over, everyone loves a turn in the chair. Its strong and has a ton of different modes depending on what you like and the airbags are a nice touch (I don't always use them though). The chair is not made for those over 6ft in height but still works great - your head will be slightly above the pillow but it's fine - the massage is still very nice.
Shipping wise - the last deal was a disaster for most. Clearancechair sold way more chairs than they had in inventory and started cancelling most user's orders after a certain order number. Those that did get an order approved were in limbo waiting to see when the chair would ship. It was about 3 weeks after placing the order that I got a call from the shipping company to setup a delivery time.
All in all, glad my order got approved and actually shipped. Just be weary that if the deal gets popular, your order may get cancelled and they'll ask you to swap for a 2d chair most likely that's in stock (per previous deal - tons of users reported that).
If you are in the market for a massage chair, this ticked all the marks for what I wanted and the price was good. Homedepot tried to put these on sale and they were 1599$.

Can you share your user experience? I am most interesting in the kneck and shoulder massage area.

I have this chair from the last deal at $999. It's pretty awesome for the price. A few negatives:
-im 5'11" and definitely at the taller limits for this chair. I can't extend my legs all the way when in the "zero gravity" position. I quoted the words zero gravity because it's not true zero gravity
-has no heat. Heat would've been great for these colder months
-occasionally there's an error message that pops up when using it for prolonged periods and switching between different presets. A simple flip on and off of the power switch resets it back to normal.
Great price at $899. Would buy again

I purchased this same model in taupe about 6 months ago. When I first received it, the air bags in the feet/leg section did not work. I reached out to customer support and they sent someone out within a week. The repair guy ordered some new parts, which took another 1.5 month to get. The time to get the parts were frustrating because I had to keep following up. Repair guy was great, but getting the parts were slow! The chair itself is great once it was fixed.
No lumbar heat. Big drawback.
No hand massage function, just arm.
Max recline is not zero-g or full-flat or better yet, even a greater incline, so your head will always be above your feet.
No hip airbags.

Which chair would you recommend?

This one from a thread yesterday is $400 more but has a lot more really nice features and is very highly reviewed. See the top review for features that aren't even mentioned on the product page (calf rollers in add to air bags etc.). It goes past zero g, has hand massage, Bluetooth speakers, a very convenient physical auxiliary remote attached to the armrest so you can adjust a few settings during the massage without having to pull out the full remote. It also can be installed directly against a wall and still will recline past zero g so your feet can be above your head. The vendor, Best Buy is also much more reputable than clearancechair.com.
Having owned two similar chairs my advice is to spend a bit more up front to get some of these additional features for two reasons: much better massages and believe me, getting rid of/selling/removing any chair if you want to upgrade down the line is a HUGE hassle and expense. They all need at least two people, a truck with lift/ramp, and probably need to be disassembled to fit through doors. That's part of the reasons the market for used chairs is so small and prices are so low. Actually I've seen some amazing deals on great chairs on OfferUp even with moving expenses. Good luck!
