Great find & well worth the $. Now, while I don't have this one, I do have the Big Agnes version (Pumphouse) for my Q-Core SLX. If you're not worried about weight (and you shouldn't be if you're considering this), this kind of thing is soooo nice to use. No huffing & puffing and time spent filling is drastically reduced. Just check that your individual pad works with it. I used to use mine as a stuff sack (double-duty since why not?) but now I mainly just shove it in a corner of the bag and let my other gear do what I have it for, like ultralight packing cubes & other waterproof stuff sacks.

Works on all REI valves.

Per various reviews, works with:
Thermarest Neo line including XAir and Duo (at least as of 2021 models, not sure about current)
Cascade Mountain Tech
Exped line of pads
Nemo Tensor and Astro
Hit & miss on Big Agnes... worked for some but not others.
I'm so not worried about weight that I take along my Ryobi inflator. No huffing or puffing at all.
Quickflow Pump Sack... that's exactly what my wife calls it too!

Thanks for the insights. This is a pretty obscure deal, yet slick. Smilie

Yep, very weird product. Seems like a self-inflating bedroll or an electric pump would be best for most people, but a lightweight backpacker with cystic fibrosis might be all about this.

Self-inflating don't inflate all the way; gotta still blow some air in them at the end to top 'em off. But that Flextail is a nice alternative too.

If a self-inflating sleep pad is in a warm vehicle, can loosen the valve, allow the pad to self inflate more in the heat, then close the valve.

In general, you wouldn't want to overinflate with any tool as it would help cause degradation of the seams over time

It is a Rio stop material bag that you open then fold at the top n squeeze.. it forces air into whatever your trying to blow up.(inflatable) aka Mattress or mattress pad

Inflating small air mattresses with less effort when you don't have electricity or a pump available. You swing the bag to fill it with air, then close the top and push the air down into your air mattress.

This is pretty much only used by backpackers who don't want or have space to carry a pump. It's a nice deal if you are looking for one.

in addition to being less effort than blowing with your mouth, this also would not introduce moldy environment
