This is a steal. Salt & Sanctuary is hands down my favorite Soulslike Metroidvania (even more so than Hollow Knight which is also excellent); this plays like a 2D Dark Souls. I have picked it up and beat it now on 3 platforms (Vita, Switch, & Steam Deck) - perfect for on the go. If there are any Vita owners still out there, I think this is a cross buy (meaning you get it for both).

The sequel diverged a bit in terms of genre, but is also worth a go.

Awesome game, it even has couch co-op which is a lot of fun. Definitely a good introduction to the Souls-like genre if you've ever been reluctant to jump in

Just going to echo the comments, this game is great (but it is hard and doesn't hold your hand).

I bought it for $10 and don't regret it at all. Hollow Knight is probably the only game of this general type that I liked more, but not by much.

Wow, i thought Sacrifice was released last year. Assumed it just wasnt released on Steam since I couldnt find it.
