Availability is first-come and limited to ~ 4,200 pizzas per day starting at 12:00 am ET daily through November 9.

Yeah just order (3) 2 liters for cash pickup at checkout it gives the Free Emergency Pizza banner to click.

Cancel Order or Don't pick it up and still get the free pizza for next day to use.

i just got a free emergency pizza by placing a fake pickup order for 3x 2-liters of soda lol

tonight i'll try to remember to get my emergency pizza for student loans, even though i paid mine off years ago

I don't see the banner at checkout/payment screen. Does it show after the order is placed?

Yeah you have to place cash pickup then on next screen will have the banner. Make sure order is over $7.99 before tax.
