  3. Click Continue at the bottom of Check out available offers.

Get a referral from another Verizon customer you can get $15 per month for a year (switching). Works for welcome plan too. $13 with tax for a year. Takes 1 to 2 months for the device credit to kick in.

It might. They slow down your data heavily if the area is congested. I'm on T-Mobile and my plan is way better, but these free iPhones are tempting...
