Just wanna let people know verizon will likely have better deals in november for iphone 15.

Also, they regularly offer $25/line for 4 lines since mid 2020.

Also also, google "unlock my number for verizon discount" some people had success getting $10 off a month for their current bill by doing that.

Our 4 lines are currently $15/mo for each before taxes by combing these from March and August. Lasts 12 months.

Does anyone know if we could use our old numbers? Also, is it possible to keep using the lines on other phones and sell these iphones?

AVOID VERIZON LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I've had Verizon for over 20 years and the cell service and customer service have tanked while the prices have simultaneously skyrocketed.

They even charge me for data while connected to WiFi. I've fought that and they refuse to do anything. I will be leaving Verizon as soon as my contract is over.

You have been warned.
How did they charge you for data if it's unlimited?

Nothing for existing customers of course
You wouldnt want this plan anyways. It clearly states that in times of high congestion, the welcome unlimited plan may be slowed down so normal customers can have faster access.

That's good advice!
I unlocked all my 6 lines on Verizon and never got the discount message. :/

Does this stack with the Costco offer or is it separate?

4 lines, It's $140 if you have a age 55+ person on your account for Magenta 55+. It's $160 for the Go5g, but T-mobile is now doing tiered trade in value. So if you have a Go5g line, my 12 pro max is worth like $400. Go5g Plus at $185 a month gets the same phone value at $700. Go5g Next is $225 a month and you get $1000 value. On AT&T, it doesn't matter what plan you have, you get the max value of your trade in. They just don't include taxes in the amount but is good if you have AT&T internet to have a bundle discount. Really scummy move by T-Mobile to strip grandfathered 55+ plans to basically not be eligable for trade in.
I do have AT&T internet. Do you know a good bundled deal with or without trade-in?

It might. They slow down your data heavily if the area is congested. I'm on T-Mobile and my plan is way better, but these free iPhones are tempting...
Not really free when you have to add 4 lines. It would be free if we can add it to out current 4 lines. I might just do it and then port to tmobile in 3months, so they can pay if off.

We have four lines anyways. I would call these free lol. But I don't like that you don't get 5G UW/UC, hotspot, or any benefits. These are all things I get with T-Mobile and I pay like $23 per line per month.

36-Months for new customer + 4 new lines. Got to get married and having babies first.
But it would be way too expensive.

Your babies don't need phones. Maybe your parents or your friendly neighbor?
Not at first, but soon they'll be saying their first word, then sending their first text.

you are screwed because you will be stuck with iphone 14 plus (or whichever current phone you have if you activate those instead) for 3 years...holy shit.
Wait, why? Do they not allow you to use whatever phone you'd like???

Checking out now, talked to representative and they said Taxes and Fees would be $27-30 total.
Looks like a pretty slick deal to me so far!
That's a lot of fees.

We're paying about $22/month per line via Mint Mobile now.

This ends up costing $62/month more ($150-$88), or $2,232 total over 36 months.

Not bad if you need the phones I guess. There seem to be compromises, like losing my high-speed hotspot and free/cheap international roaming with Mint.

Is the below true that I can get the iPhone 14 Plus for free then switch back to my current iphone after 60 days while still receiving trade in credits?

Will this scenario apply: This is the answer I received from Jacob with Verizon Customer Support after he researched it for me. My question was about an outright purchase of an iPhone directly from Apple and putting it on an existing line that has a device payment agreement with Verizon and is still getting a trade in promotion credit each month.

"As long as you are buying the phone without a device payment agreement from Apple, you would not lose the $xx.xx trade in promotion you are receiving on your line. You just can't cancel the line or upgrade until the device payment agreement ends. Does this provide clarity? -Jacob"
