The official PlayStation store has a promotion for $15 off two PS5 items, or $30 off if you have a PS Network subscription. This works on most accessories, the console itself, and some hard copy games. For example, if you are a subscriber, you can get two charging docks for $30 (basically BOGO), or you can get two joystick modules for the DualSense Edge controller for a total of $10 (instead of $20 each). You can also mix and match, for example the DualSense Edge controller and a spare joystick module is $190 (vs $200 plus $20). It says limit one promo per transaction, but when you add multiples of 2 to your cart, the discount goes up $30 for each two items.
I don't have a subscription, but my underage kid does. Officially underage are not allowed to order (and when I logged in with his account I got a message that due to his age the cart would be cleared), but I was able to order anyways last night. Just got shipping notification.

Already have the black plates in my cart. I hate the look of the white console although it has grown on me slightly. I wish they would've released a black edition from the start like they did with previous Gen consoles.

They're replacement analog sticks for the $200 Dualsense Edge controller. Instead of junking the crazy expensive controller when the sticks drift, you just replace them.
