Black Friday Streaming Deals?

Thread Details
I thought we could start a thread for any streaming deals that may come up, because with the writer's strike, i keep hearing this will drive up costs for streaming platforms.
With streaming prices climbing, do you think this year Hulu will do the $1.99 BF special?
Let's put any deals in one place for easy access and so there aren't 8 threads for streaming deals.

Unfortunately for the streamers, ultimately the best route is going to be to get out of streaming and just license the content library to Netflix. Leave the cost of the servers to them. The big question is who is going to survive as the second streamer? There's really only room for two in most industries.
Plus the strikes aren't helping at all. It's just going to wipe out their new content for at least 6 months so that'll drive up losses even more for the streamers.

It depends on if you were offered this on your Amex offers page and if you accepted it.
If you were not offered it, it will not work. Check all your cards. It was only on one of mine (Platinum) and then I had to accept the offer to get it to work. Like other offers, if you accepted it and you used it, it should trigger a "You just used your offer" email.
Hope that helps as you are always super helpful!
PS; If you didn't see/accept it, do it now and it should apply for 6 more months.

Hello Minifigg, old friend hows the refinance world lol!
Just to be clear the $11.64 charge will be what I'll be billed once the current promo is over so around 11/25/2023 so I wont see the offer redemption email until that charge posts as I've setup the right Amex for it.
Its the Amex Blue that has this "Benefit" and I did accept/activate already. Unlike Offers that Amex people get this is more of a benefit as listed. I assume I'll get the $7 credit in anycase as its going to be $11.64 a the min spend looks to be $9.99 but the question i have for anyone who got it is if did trigger as its not a bundle the way they have it listed as its Hulu with an Addon....oh well lets see in a couple weeks.

i did the 1.99 + 2.99 together, and next month it become 7.99+2.99. but if the Disney plus bumps up, i may just keep it as is.
"Check out Roku's Black Friday deals on 15+ Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel, including AMC+, Hallmark Movies Now, and STARZ®, starting at $0.99/month.
For the first time ever on Black Friday, Roku is excited to include Peacock Premium available at only $2.99/month for three months.
Explore limited-time promotional offers including Paramount+ for as low as $1.99/ month for three months, and more. Plus, new subscribers get three months free of Apple TV+, no separate streaming device purchase required."
If you cancel do they 'offer' a cheaper rate for 6 months or more?

Yep i saw that too. Though if there is a deal that might change. But I'll risk keeping it an lose $10 then have to spend $10 to get Disney with Ads.
I already cancelled Paramount Plus. I mean whatever the cost was with Ads was horrible. So unless the next year is under $40 again. No way i'm touching it.
