I do, I wouldn't camp without it since I moved from sleeping pad, to cot, to now air mattress. I use my truck's electrical port to blow it up. Sleep like a baby.

I've bought a lot of air beds but never an 18". I'm looking for a new one again since my cat decided to use my last one as a scratching post. Are the 18" more comfortable? The regular ones don't touch the floor or anything so what is the advantage to having the extra height?

This style has multiple air chambers. When fully pumped the top one has a nice rigid feel, you don't sink in. Unlike the cheap single chamber ones where you sink in and get no back support

Their mattress died when I used it for the second time. I sent them warranty request but no one's answering.

In my experience these mattress will last years if used right. Eg, you always gently sit down on it. A hard drop/plop down will cause the seems to explode. And don't puncture it.

Got one of these last time Walmart ran them on sale for $25 and I've probably slept on it 40-50 times since. Love it!

The name is just comical "luxury air mattress". Like anything about sleeping on an air mattress is luxurious. Everyone knows how miserable these are and we just keep them around because we don't want our guests to stay too long.
