I have this monitor and love it. Looks better than my Acer Predator that was almost triple this price, back in the day. The built in KVM switch is quite useful

Do you use the kvm switch to switch between two computers??
I have the M27Q (170Hz instead of 144Hz) and it is a GREAT monitor!
BUT, and a HUGE "BUT" .. You NEED to test the display.
It took me 3 monitors to get one without dead/stuck pixels, but once I finally got a good one, it was fantastic.
That said, the others had uneven backlighting on black (possible frame warping) and dead pixels on 2 of em (one had like 15 dead pixels).
But if you're patient and careful to get a good one, it is a fantastic monitor, and this is a pretty good deal if you're not looking for the built-in KVM switch and 170Hz of the M27Q variant.
Very good monitor. Check out Hardware Unboxed's review. Be mindful of the BGR layout though. Could cause text clarity issues especially if you pair with RGB subpixel layout monitor(s).
Edit: Was referring to a very similar monitor. Disregard this.

I have this monitor and I'm not exactly in love with it. On one machine, every time the monitor goes to sleep or is turned off it causes a Display Port link error. The controls are inconveniently located on the back and it does not have a separate power button. It uses a laptop style power brick, with significant coil whine. It's most noticeable when the monitor is sleeping and the frequency of the noise changes as the power light blinks. I think its most redeeming quality is the fairly decent panel. Though, even that's not great. Mine has appreciable backlight bleed and it doesn't look nearly as good as the AOC 27G2 that it replaced.

Looks like the M27Q has a KVM switch, along with some other upgraded specs. This is the G27Q, I don't see KVM in the specs.
