I would like a REFUND on this item as it will not finish downloading to the computer I just purchased for the sole purpose of my grandson being able to game on it. This download starts and then locks up the computer and will not finish. TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!

This game absolutely sucks. How can they even call this a Need for Speed game? The upgrades for the cars are randomizes 'cards' this feels like a cheap phone app.
Not to mention the early marketing was a clear scam. Please don't support these kinds of predatory tactics.
