Heads up for military and Vets, you can buy this for the same price AND no taxes or shipping for My Exchange customers. It's been 199.99 for several weeks and the Hero Black 10 is still $229.99 there too.

I would guess that this is just the new everyday price given the Hero10 has been down to $250? I excitedly grabbed a Hero10 around the Hero12 announcement but soon realized I wasn't getting a "deal".

Just a hunch, but I expect the Hero9 to go away soon. They don't typically keep 4 generations in production.

True. Plus the battery life is terrible on GP9. Can't say for GP10

I think that then begs the question as to whether this is just part of the first/early discounting or if this is the final clear-out price. Based upon historical discounting, I'd suggest we're pretty far from the run to Target now price.

I can attest to that. GoPro 9 at least mine eats batteries. Also sounds just stops recording randomly. So annoying.
