can someone provide screenshot of what they see as pre-loaded with paid instead of the face value? I see that we are indeed getting the full expected gc value

My account shows the correct billing amount and the $25 card. Mine hasn't shipped yet though.

Did you just do it yourself on the App or site? Or did you have it added in-store? Have tried 2 cards so far and neither is activated.

Thanks. Working with Amazon chat now. Tried both the app and desktop site. Looks like they shipped this order without first activating the cards.

Not one in an order of 5 was activated. Full refund, but sucks. Hopefully the other order I placed which arrives tomorrow works.

Update: Chat let me reorder at the current $25 price, but will price adjust.

Nice of the staff to promote these deals, then run away when people have issues with them. I would assume the site got a cut of all the traffic, so they likely could care less.

Definitely reports of different cards with similar issues. I am debating the risk since mine haven't shipped yet.

I have the same problem. 2 came in with no balance. Also same issue with Nordstrom and Sephora cards. I'll wait a bit to see if it's a system delay ( highly doubtful) and then call cs up..
