doesn't seem to be 20.72 in checkout?

I loaded the $20.72 gift cards onto my account and went to look at my account later and there is now a $0 gift card balance and a long line of entries in my account that say:

October 27, 2023 Balance withheld -$20.72

I then decided to try and load a card I was going to use as a Christmas gift and I get this message:

The gift card has been deactivated.

What the heck is Amazon doing? This is a giant mess. They deactivated all of my cards but haven't refunded my purchase price.

Wow, it works with the buy now option. Supposed to ship by tomorrow. Wonder if it's going to get cancelled. Or maybe it'll get just set up for $20.70 on each gift card. If it works correctly, it's going to make for a bunch of easy Christmas gifts! Thanks OP!
