I'd bet that the 15% coupon will work. Call your store and they'll confirm.
Tip: Get the highest load capacity trailer, and buy some good red grease to replace the crummy blue china stuff that the bearings are packed in.
Edit: Get the ITC membership first for $30 then apply the 20% ITC discount on the trailer. Without ITC using the 15% discount you'll pay $467.50. After ITC $30 membership using the 20% discount you'll pay $440 for the trailer and $30 for the membership for $470 total. This gets you a year of ITC membership for $2.50. Be sure and ask the manager if the 20% discount is still active and ask them to confirm the math. My local manager was the one who suggested this to me.
