I don't understand why fat tires have become the rage now. You don't need that much tire for asphalt, and it is unnecessary extra rolling weight

They handle the bumps, potholes and debri better with a little more bounce and less jarring plus are less prone to popping the bead. They also offer more stability when operating at higher speeds But I agree that they have gotten a bit ridiculous now and too much.

I first saw them on Casey Neistat videos. Looks fun to commute and zoom around on fat tires in NYC.

Just bought a Juiced RipRacer about a week ago for the same price on sale but this has slightly better specs (higher weight limit, 7 speeds, 60 mile range, etc). I wonder if I should gone with this one.

If got a flat tire, easy to insert a plug, rather than replacing the tube, but you must carry the tool with you, otherwise,very heavy imagine if you get a flat tire, up the Hill.
