FYI Costco has this for $399 with all 5 attachments AND a stand. I think it's supposed to go on sale soon.

The full kit includes 5 attachments. Individual attachments are $40 each, so if you want them all, tack on $160 +tax onto this, and you're at the cost of the full kit at full retail price anyway.

If you wish to do the a la carte attachment thing, this will save some clams...enough of a discount to ALMOST buy an additional piece.

Edit: got the full kit for my wife last year for Christmas. She absolutely LOVES it. When my daughters are home, they always want to borrow it, so on the hunt for sales this Christmas.

Bought this few years ago. Worth every penny. Yes. Normal hair dryer will do the job But build quality and performance is better than other hair dryer on the market.

For people complaining $270 is too expensive for a blow dryer, why don't you go complain that a Rolex is too expensive for a watch and that Porsche is too expensive for a car?

I bought one of these for my wife and would do it all over again. She spends less time blow drying since it's so effective and dyson's customer service is great. We never use any of the accessories so wish we grabbed this instead.

Rolex is def expensive and so is the Porsche. I did buy Dyson for my wife, but Wouldn't be able to buy those 2 you mentioned, even though i want them.

The 5 attachments was also on sale for $330 just a few weeks ago. I think it would come back for BF. I needed a replacement immediately so I bought the $300 version with extra attachments from Dyson. But for those who can wait I would see if the $330 deal will come back for the full set with nicer colors.
