I purchased their new Cuisinart CTOA-122 at $59.99+tax. The original/manufacture's box was indeed never opened, but the toaster oven was damaged (quite some dents, and burning smell every time the unit was turned on), and I had the UPS delivery guy take a shipping damage photo. I called Secondipity and they send me a return shipping label. After they received the return, they promptly issued me the full refund -- no issue or hassle at all. I won't hesitate to order more items from them in the future.
