Interesting twist Tmo... But it looks like you have to sign up for 4 NEW lines...
To avoid the DCC, and probably get a few other perks (possibly Costco GCs?), I'd consider activating at Costco for this deal if your local Costco has a Tmo kiosk. I mean, even if you don't have a Costco membership, you'd absolutely offset the $140 in DCC charges ($35x4).
