i'm not that familiar with the Essentials plan but it seems like a reasonable way to get free phones every 2 years.
-there are promos in store and online waiving those activation fees.
-Mobile hotspot data is unlimited, but not at high speed.
-I'm not sure which company you're expecting to give you four free iPhones for signing up for a no-contract $100/month plan with no commitment, but yes, it's 24 instead of 36 months with Verizon.
Please speak from a place where you've educated yourself instead of recalling the talking points from that time you went into the store a couple years ago. It'll help those evaluating this deal now.
T-mobile needs to go back to their non-greedy base when Legere started first Uncarrier. They are as big of crooks right now as they other ones are.
