If you need certain accessories with it and can wait, Costco puts its bundle on sale for $350 sometimes. https://slickdeals.net/f/16543330-costco-greenworks-3000-psi-electric-pressure-washer-349-99?v=1&src...
I have this model and it works well. It has good cleaning power, but the lower flow means when you're using a surface cleaner on your driveway that it doesn't wash away debris as well as a higher flow gas model. For other jobs that don't need the higher flow, like cleaning my vinyl fence, it's indistinguishable from my old gas washer.
If you have GFCI outlets (you should) and they're older, you may need to replace them. This does trip the GFCI in some of my outdoor outlets, but not others. They are 17 years old though.

also I think it interesting there's not much else in this price range. You have to go at least twice this to get a heavy duty machine, but then how do you plug at home...
Many older homes have 1st gen GFCI's at 15amps with 14ga wiring
You can't simply put in a 20 amp GFCI the wiring would need to be 12ga

They have a 60V battery powered unit that has twice the flow, but it is a lot more expensive when not on sale and runtime is less than an hour with both batteries. I'm already invested in 80V Greenworks tools so I decided to just live with the lower flow wired unit. I'm still happy with it so far.
