Picked up an "excellent" one. Missing a power cable and the fabric on the front of the subwoofer is ripped. Didn't notice until already home
Maybe it's good I didn't get mine then. Best Buy did such a shitty job with the box when the FedEx guy took it out of his truck the soundbar fell out of the box about 3' right to the ground so he took it back I have had very bad luck with their open box stuff.
Found a couple in stock at my nearest store, both of them were in "good" open-box condition, so higher than "fair", but beneath "excellent." Selling price was $80.99, a little over $87 after taxes. I will pick it up tomorrow and see what is missing.
Assuming you can connect it to a television that has eARC, then technically you can control the volume and turn it on and off with just your television remote. But I hope that it has the remote, and power cord, and even the wall mounting brackets, because I would like to put it on a wall. We'll see.
Picked up a "fair" condition today and they gave me the subwoofer, soundbar, a random LG remote and HDMI cable. No power cables for the soundbar or subwoofer.... I think they messed up because the LG remote bag has a completely separate SKU/open box number
Picked up mines. Same as the others. No remote, no power cable for either the subwoofer and the soundbar.
The hardware itself looked rather fine. The sub, along the one of the edges of its backside, seem to have some of the black paint rubbed or scuffed . So no blemishes that are smack dab in the middle of the device. The soundbar looks almost completely clean. The buttons on top of the soundbar click very nicely.
The powercord for the sub might be relatively easy to find, the 24V AC/DC power cord for the soundbar might be something that I don't have around the house. And I believe that you can't use all of the functions of the soundbar unless you have a remote.
The sticker that was on the hardware said that its condition was "Satisfactory". I don't know if that's the equivalent of "Good" or if its the equivalent of "Fair."
Picked up the only one left in my area (Independence, MO) and it was a floor model they were getting rid of. Couple of things to note:
It was a "good" condition; the sticker on it had "residue" as a description not sure what that means though
It included the remote, both power cables, HDMI cord and an extra AC adapter
I didn't order it online just drove up so maybe some employees are "missing"/taking the accessories?
The in store price is higher than online so I had to order online and wait for them to process it since they said it couldn't be priced match because how low the price online was (92.99)
Works like new as far as I can tell only has a few imperfections or dings from people messing with it as a display
I ordered an excellent condition online it arrived dented with no remote. Unit was demo model and was stock into shop mode. Took it to bestbuy and they said no remotes available to deactivate the shop mode. I tried everything to deactivate the shop mode with no success.

No cables or remotes. Useless.
