Sometimes people complain that a Sharpie marker is too permanent.

perhaps its just the image that is squished and cajas mini refers to something else
It's the exact same pencil, the 3030. Another poster linked to another kit too that is called the 4030 so perhaps the leads are shorter in this pack.
edit: the 4050 is hardness H and for fine lines
the 4030 is hardness SB2 and multi use
Looks just like a lead holder that I already have for drafting. I guess the only good thing about it is the sharpener is built in to the cap

Having said that... the Pica refills that come in a large pack have been similarly brittle. Same for Hultafors refills (a high end Euro tool brand). The ONLY "refills" I've had consistently good luck with are the 2 Pica leads that come with the pencil itself. Of course, that makes for expensive refills when you have to buy a whole new pencil just to get them. I've tried to address issues with Pica, but that was a waste of time.

Most people may not need this kind of marking but for precision work, I enjoy this tool.
Before purchasing these pencils I used the Pica but I lost it and needed a replacement. I thought I'd save some money on this brand but here are my gripes.
1. Lead was considerably softer than the Pica brand and kept me changing out the lead.
2. Because of the lead situation I switched the original lead replacements with the Pica brand. I thought it would work out but no the kept falling through the opening of the pencil.
3. The holster for the pencil doesn't grip the pencil tight enough and comes out quite often at the slightest friction.
4. The sharpener at the top of the pencil also comes out so easily. And I'm constantly picking it up off the ground and lost one already.

And I'm not being sarcastic, for real, thank you and repped!
I have MANY pencils, mechanical and otherwise, with many different lead types and sizes. I'm even down to my last half-dozen Paramount Diamond Drawing No. 5055 3H from (I think) the 50s or 60s which I got a bunch of boxes of when I bought a crapload of art supplies in a giant metal set of drawers for $20 in the late 80s. I use the various pencils and lead holders for art, woodworking, foam crafting (I'm almost done with a reverse bear trap from Saw because my daughter is obsessed), etc., but every different type has a different purpose. The point (HA, get it? Point, pencils, do you get it...oh, never mind) is, I guess I'm going to try the Pica.
