Can I buy the tool to delivery to home and battery kit to Pickup in store and don't Pickup the battery kit to save time on returning. Would home depot credit me back to my credit card on the battery kit since i didn't Pick it up?

No, that loophole was recently closed. Now it is either delivery for both items or pickup for both items. No mixing and matching.
