Also, I wouldn't qualify this as a "scam". If you look at the seller's page, a lot of reviews are posted having the same issues reported here. Amazon is then coming in after these reviews, invalidating them and posting a note that it was a fulfillment issue on their side. So the scam is really from Amazon. Whether they have employees stealing items or are just that oblivious to put the wrong labels on products, is unknown.
They're also refusing to refund me until they get the world's most expensive coasters back. Between the abysmal customer service and the unbelievable situation of them holding nearly $1k of my money hostage for an $8 item, I'm in the process of canceling everything Amazon and going elsewhere.
